Information We Collect

KNFH Group may assign any of its rights or interests hereunder, or delegate any of its obligations hereunder, to (i) an affiliate, (ii) KNFH Group’s successor pursuant to a merger, reorganization, consolidation or sale, or (iii) an entity that acquires all or a substantial portion of KNFH Group’s assets or business.
